Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Items must remain in their original condition, including all original accessories and packaging.

  • Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including cases involving shipping errors or product quality issues.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during special sales or flash deals;

  • Items purchased through bundled promotions (unless the entire bundle is returned);

Damaged or Defective Products

Return Process

Initiating a Return

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue (including photos or videos, if applicable).
    After verification, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–14 business days.

Packaging Requirements
Please ensure the returned items are in good condition and include all original accessories and packaging.
Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our customer service team may not be processed.

Refund Policy

PayPal Refunds
Refunds processed via PayPal will be issued within 48 hours after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Credit Card Refunds
Refunds to credit cards will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect depends on your credit card company’s processing policies.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued after we have received and verified the returned item.

  • Please ensure you carefully enter your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, including returns resulting from undeliverable addresses.

  • We do not provide compensation for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party logistics.

Price Adjustment Policy
Product prices on our website may fluctuate based on supply and other factors. Price adjustments will not be applied retroactively to previous orders.
